The Iron Sharpens Iron National Men's Equipping Conference is a one-day conference.  It is designed to serve as a resource for churches to equip, disciple and mobilize their men.

The Plenary Speakers For The Conference Are:

Dr. Dan Erickson - Dan and Cathy Erickson are the founders of People Matter Ministries. They speak, lead and live out of a life of personal experience forged by the Scriptures.

Dan has spent nearly four decades in ministry out of a conviction that people matter to God. He has a bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree in ministry. Dan has nearly 40 years of leadership experience, including executive and pastoral positions in four dynamic churches. He has served as executive vice president of the Northwest Graduate School Doctor of Ministry program,  national director of denominational and parachurch relations with Promise Keepers and the Executive Director for the National Coalition of Men’s Ministries.

 Dr. Chuck Stecker - is  the President and Founder of A Chosen Generation. Chuck is an ordained minister of the Gospel and has earned a Doctorate of Ministry and Ph.D in Communications specializing in Christian Leadership. Chuck served in the US Army for over 23 years in various key leadership and staff positions, including 3 years on the Joint Staff in the Pentagon. Chuck has served the Lord in the local church in various ministry and leadership positions. He served with Promise Keepers for three years as a Regional Director and then launched A Chosen Generation.  Chuck authored Men of Honor Women of Virtue.

Chuck combines years of business experience, military service and over 15 years of full-time vocational ministry to help churches and ministries develop clear strategies to equip, train, empower and release a new generation of leaders.

Beyond the plenary sessions, sixteen (16) different equipping seminars designed specifically for men are offered.

This conference is for ALL men (13 and up).  We intentionally offer seminars for men who are in the various stages of life along with seminars that any man can participate in.  This seminar is for ALL men, not just leaders of men's ministries and/or pastors.
